The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.

  • Consumer Agreement
    Billing and Payments:

    Cactidirect.com uses a 3rd-Party to process payments made on our website.
    During the checkout process, your order information will be sent to PayPal, where you will be asked enter your payment information to complete the transaction.
    PayPal offers a variety of payment options - including MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express.
    Cactidirect.com does keep or have access to your credit card information, the transaction is conducted entirely within PalPal's secure payment processing system.

  • Shipping & Delivery

    At this time, Cactidirect.com ships merchandise to locations within the lower 48 states of the United States.  Unfortunaly due to certian restrictions, we are not able to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands.  We do not ship internationally.

    We pack all shipments by hand and take great care to insure our products are delivered healthy and damage free.  Loose soil from potted plants may come loose during shipping, if this occurs remove all plants and packaging material from the box, carefully collect the loose soil in the bottom of the box and return it to its respective pots.  Lightly dust or blow off soil material that has settled on top of plants.

  • Return Policy

    Satisfaction Guaranteed or Your Money Back!

    We want you to be happy with your order from CactiDirect. So, if you are not pleased with your purchase for any reason, simply ship it back to us within 7 days of receipt for a full refund of your purchase price (this does not include your original shipping and handling fees). No prior authorization is needed.

    Because many of our products are living plants, we must receive your returned purchase within 10 days of you recieving your order to issue a refund.

    Please include your original packing slip with your returned order to help us identify your specific purchase.  

    If you have questions, do not hesitate to contact us. If you do not have a packing slip, include a tracking number from the original shipment so we can identify your order upon its return.

    After we have received your return, inspected it, and approved it for a refund, we will issue a full refund in the form of a check to the purchaser shown in the billing section within 14 days.  The refund will be sent to the original purchaser's address only.

    For a return to be accepted, merchandise must be in its original purchased condition.  Returns that do not meet these requirements will be sent back to you and no refund will be issued.

    Wrong, Damaged, or Defective Merchandise

    If you believe a product was shipped in error or shipped defective from CactiDirect, or was damaged in transit, please contact us at cactidirect@gmail.com or by calling CactiDirect at the number listed in our contact section.  Photos are a great way to communicate and help us understand what you see and why you may be dissatisfied.  We will promptly replace merchandise that appears defective or damaged.  

    While we do everything we can to have your product look great out of the box, shifting of potting soil is normal during shipping and not considered reason to claim a product defective.  Simply replace lose potting soil and gently blow or wash the plants clean of loose dirt.

    Note: All returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. We do realize there are exceptions to every practice and will work with you if you have exceeded the 7 days.
